  1. Shipping Method
  • Delivery time and transportation time are for reference only.
  • All the above days are business days.
  • If the payment is delayed, the processing time will be extended.
  • Shipping costs will be automatically billed at checkout based on your shipping address.
  • Processing time of materials may be extended during promotional periods.
  1. Delivery Address

Please ensure that we have your correct and current address for shipping and delivery. You may use P.O. boxes as your shipping address. However, certain items can only be delivered to physical addresses. Large products, valuables, perishables, products with age-based restrictions, or items shipped via private carriers may require a physical mailing address or signature confirmation for successful delivery.

Items cannot be delivered to security-restricted areas such as military bases.

We may also indicate in product listings that certain products cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.

Items are temporarily unavailable in the following states and territories: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Armed Forces Pacific, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Americas.

  1. Shipping Time

Please note that delivery times might be longer than those from other e-commerce websites. This is because items may be coming from another country or need to be bundled or packaged with other similar-sized items. External factors, such as current events or shipping carrier delays, may affect the actual arrival time of your item.

  1. Order Tracking

After your order is successfully placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email, which includes your order number, express information, and the package tracking number. You can also track the status of your order through email. Notifications regarding order modifications, refund processing, shipping updates, and other related matters will be sent to you in real-time via email.

  1. Delivery Issues

Please note that the notification email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout or the email address used to register your account. If the email address is invalid or inactive, we will not be responsible for any risk or loss caused by this.

If you change your mind after placing the order, please don't reject the package. Instead, contact us to cancel your order, and we will handle the return for you according to our return/refund policy. We do not assume the risk of loss or damage to the package arising from rejection.

If your package has not been delivered, or if the tracking information shows that it has been delivered but you haven't received it, please contact our customer service team at hello@glow2pro.com within 30 days of the order date. For other issues related to orders, products, or logistics, please contact our customer service within 60 days of the order date.

If there is any damage to the package and/or products inside, or if any item(s) are missing, please contact us at hello@glow2pro.com on the same day, providing pictures and/or videos.
